It allows you to:
Monitor revenue and occupancy trends
Analyse pricing performance
Compare periods
Understand where your bookings come from
All metrics shown on the Performance Page follow the official definitions explained in this article.
Step-by-step instructions
1. Access the Performance Page
Go to the left-hand navigation menu.
Click
Performance.
2. Select your analysis period
Choose the date range at the top of the page.
Use comparison options (previous period, year-over-year, or custom range) if needed.
3. Apply filters
Filter by room type, property (if applicable), or booking source.
Adjust the view to focus on specific segments of your business.
Performance Tab
The Performance tab shows key business metrics and trend charts.
Key metrics overview

Gross revenue | Total revenue generated during the selected period. Includes:

Occupancy rate | Percentage of available rooms that were booked.
Formula: Rooms sold ÷ Rooms available × 100
Occupancy shows how effectively your inventory was filled during the selected period. |
ADR (Average Daily Rate) | Average room revenue per booked room-night.
Formula: Room revenue ÷ Rooms sold
ADR reflects your average selling price for occupied rooms. |
RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room) | Average room revenue per available room-night.
Formula: Room revenue ÷ Rooms available
RevPAR combines pricing and occupancy performance. |
ADR (Average Daily Rate) | Average room revenue per booked room-night.
Formula: Room revenue ÷ Rooms sold
ADR reflects your average selling price for occupied rooms. |
RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room) | Average room revenue per available room-night.
Formula: Room revenue ÷ Rooms available
RevPAR combines pricing and occupancy performance. |
Booking window | Average number of days between booking creation and arrival date.
Helps measure how far in advance guests are booking. |
Length of stay (ALOS) | Average number of nights guests stay.
A higher average length of stay may indicate more stable revenue and lower operational turnover. |

Other connected channels
This helps you understand your dependency on each channel.
Revenue contribution
You can analyse:
Percentage contribution per channel
Monetary contribution per channel
Comparisons across periods
Use comparison tools (year-over-year or previous period) to evaluate performance changes.
Interpretation tips
Compare occupancy and ADR together to understand pricing effectiveness.
Monitor RevPAR to evaluate overall room revenue efficiency.
