This article covers the steps to switch rooms on a reservation. This feature is useful for managing room availability or offering guests an upgrade. You can perform this task either by using the drag and drop functionality on the calendar or by changing rooms from the Reservations section.
Step-by-step instructions
Switch rooms using the calendar
Go to
Calendarin your account.Click on the left side of the reservation for the room you wish to change.
Drag and drop the reservation to the new accommodation option.
Confirm the change when prompted.
📌 Note: The drag and drop feature is available only for switching accommodation and not for changing dates. It cannot be used for rooms and cottages linked together.
Switch rooms via the Reservations section
Log in to your account.
Navigate to
Reservationson the left sidebar.Select the booking you wish to modify and click "
View booking details".In the reservation summary, click the three dots next to "
Switch accommodation".Choose the new room and ensure its availability before proceeding.
Confirm your selection to update the reservation.
📌 Note: The availability will be automatically updated in your inventory and communicated to the online travel agencies (OTAs) and booking engine.

Log in to your mobile application.
Navigate to the reservation you want to modify from either the “Activity” tab or the "
Calendar" tab.Click on the reservation to access its details.

Switch room"to proceed with changing the room allocation.
