Step-by-step instructions

  1. Access the Reservations section

    • Navigate to the Reservations section in your left sidebar

    • Find the booking you wish to modify

  2. Open the booking details

    • Click on the desired booking

    • Select "View booking details" to access the full reservation information

  3. Add new accommodation

    • Locate the Summary section

    • Click "Add accommodation"

    • View the list of available accommodations and their availability for the reservation dates

    • Select the desired accommodation to add

  4. Configure new accommodation details

    • Specify the number of adults and children for the additional accommodation

    • Set the price of the stay for the added accommodation

    • Add any extras that apply to this accommodation

  5. Finalise the changes

    • Review the updated total amount in the Payments section

📌 Note: Adding a new accommodation will adjust the total amount in the Payments section, but existing or scheduled payments through AmenitizPay will not automatically update. Ensure you handle any necessary payment adjustments manually.
