Step-by-step instructions

  1. Access the General settings

    • Navigate to Property → General on the sidebar.

  2. Update contact information

    • Modify the property's name, email, and phone numbers.

    • Update the company registration number if necessary.

    • Remember that the property name will appear on your website and in automated email footers.

    • The email address will be used for contact form enquiries.

    • Phone numbers will appear on your website, with the first number included in automated emails.

    • Click Save to apply your changes.

  3. Modify property address

    • The address appears in email footers and powers the Google Maps pin on your website’s Contact page.

    • After making changes, click Save.

  4. Manage multiple properties at different locations

    • For accounts with multiple properties needing unique addresses:

      • Go to Property → Accommodations.

      • Open the relevant unit.

      • Set the Accommodation type as Apartment or Villa.

      • When prompted with “Create a new address for this property?”, select Yes.

      • Enter the new address and click Save.

  5. Configure guest age settings

    • Choose whether the children and age-range settings apply to the Entire property or to Each accommodation.

    • If set to Each accommodation, configure age ranges per unit in Property → Accommodations.

    • Click Save to confirm any changes.

  6. Set minimum guest age

    • To configure a minimum age policy where your property only allows guests of a certain age:

      • Navigate to Property → General.

      • Locate the Minimum guest age section.

      • Enter the preferred age limit (e.g., 18 for adults-only).

      • Click Save to enforce the policy.
