This article guides you through accessing and understanding the INE Survey Report available in the Amenitiz PMS. The report is essential for properties in Spain to meet data requests from the Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE). By providing detailed insights into room occupancy and guest nationalities, it ensures compliance and informed decision-making for hoteliers when such data is required.

Important

Ensure your property is based in Spain (Property → General must be set to Spain).


Before you start

Verify that the "country" field is filled in for each guest in your bookings for accurate data in the report.


Step-by-step instructions

  1. Navigate to Reports in your admin space menu.

  2. Click on the Reports subsection.

  3. Scroll down to locate the INE Survey section.

  4. Tick the box to select the report.

    • A pop-up window will appear.

  5. Click on Next.

    • The INE Survey Report will display, showing:

      • The number of occupied rooms per day of the month.

      • The number of guest arrivals by nationality, including regional details.

      • The number of nights spent by guests, detailed by nationality.

The expected result is accurate data regarding your property’s occupancy and guest demographics in compliance with the INE requirements.

This report only applies to properties located in Spain. Ensure your property location is correctly set in Property → General.
