Overview
If your website is offline, it is usually related to your domain settings, DNS configuration, or an expired domain.
This article explains how to check the status of your Amenitiz website and how to verify the most common domain issues that may cause your site to go down.
Step-by-step instructions
1. Verify your website status
Go to Website > Website in your Amenitiz dashboard.
Confirm that your website status is set to Online.
If it appears as offline, switch it back online.
2. Check your primary domain settings
Go to Website > Domain name.
Make sure the correct domain is added to your account.
Select it as your primary domain instead of the default Amenitiz link.
3. Check your domain status
Verify your domain validity
Log in to your domain provider’s management panel.
Check the expiration date of your domain.
Renew it if it has expired or is about to expire.
Review your DNS settings
In your domain provider’s dashboard, check that the DNS records match Amenitiz’s required configuration.
If you are unsure, contact your domain provider’s support team for assistance.
4. Confirm your SSL certificate is active
Ensure that the SSL certificate for your domain is valid.
If you suspect an issue, contact Amenitiz Support at support@amenitiz.com.
💡 Tip
Enable auto-renewal for your domain to avoid unexpected expirations and use website monitoring tools to receive alerts if your site goes down. This proactive approach will help you address any issues promptly.
