Each organisation has a unique verification code, which is required when a user creates their Smart Safeguarding Account.
π An individual will not be able to complete their profile without the signup verification code.
Organisations will normally advise of their verification code when requesting an individual to be vetted on Smart Safeguarding; however, if you are unsure of the code, please contact the organisation directly, and they can provide you with the 6-digit code.
π The organisation's 6-digit verification code is not the same as the verification code you would have received in your email when signing up to SmartSafeguarding. The two codes are completely separate.

As a facility admin, if you have been assigned the relevant permissions on SmartSafeguarding, you can find your organisation's 6-digit sign-up code via the administration section of your account. 2. I'm an individual, and I am unsure of my organisation's 6-digit sign-up code to submit a vetting application for my facility.
Your facility administrator will have access to the organisations 6 digit sign up code, therefore please reach out to your facility administrator for SmartSafeguarding and they can provide you with the code.
