A facility admin can edit certain information about the facility on SmartSafeguarding, such as the facility name, logo/photo, address, etc.
How to edit facility details?
Only a facility admin can make edits to the facility on SmartSafeguarding. To do this, see the steps below:
1. Navigate to the Administration section from the left-hand menu.
2. Click on 'Update Organisation' to open the facility profile.
3. Make the relevant changes required. Facility admins can only update:
Facility Name
Facility Address
Facility Photo (Logo)
Facility Signup Verification Code.
4. Once the relevant changes are made, click 'Update Organisation' to save the changes.
π The facility email address which receives the notifications throughout the vetting process cannot be changed by a facility administrator. You must request this change from the organisation administrator.
