Setting up your account is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below to set up your account:
Step 1: Create an Account
1. Visit our website at https://smartsafeguarding.com/
2. Click on the 'Create an Account' button located at the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
3. Fill in the required fields in the registration form, including your name, email address and desired password.
4. Review and accept the terms and conditions as well as confirm that you are at least 16 years of age.
5. Click on the 'Create an Account' button.
Step 2: Verify Your Email
1. After signing up, check your email for a verification code.
2. Enter the verification code into the field provided.
3. This will confirm your email address and activate your SmartSafeguarding Account.
Step 3: Complete Your Profile
Once your account is activated, you will be logged in and prompted to complete your profile.
Fill out any additional information required, such as your gender, DOB and phone number.
3. You can add your address by either using the search bar. Simply start typing your address, and it should appear in the dropdown for you to select.
Or if you wish to enter your address manually, you can toggle the 'Enter Address Manually' option.
4. Begin typing the name of your organisation that you wish to be vetted with and it should appear as an option from the dropdown.
Enter the 6-digit sign-up verification code for your organisation.
π Each organisation will have a unique verification code, which is used to validate your connection to the organisation. Please contact the organisation directly to request the signup verification code.
4. Click 'Save Changes'.
