Smarter Touch is a comprehensive platform designed to support centres in managing their details, qualifications, and staff members. The system provides several functionalities including:

  1. Home: Allows you to view and filter through different forms associated with your centre and start new forms such as qualification approval applications, feedback forms, and enquiry forms.

  2. My Organisation: Gives you access to various aspects of your centre, including Centre Details, Approved Qualifications, Centre Contacts, AO Contacts, Risk, Compliance, Engagements, Notes, Take-up, and Additional EAL Info.

  3. Documents: Allows you to browse and download documents that have been uploaded by EAL and your own centre.

  4. Users: Lets you create, deactivate, reset passwords, change user type, edit personal details, edit user permissions, and change notification settings.

  5. Sites: Provides a facility to view and add sites to your centre.

  6. Staff: Allows you to create staff members and link them to different roles such as IV/QA, Tutor/Instructor, Assessor, or Examiner/Invigilator. It also enables you to remove links to products from staff members.

  7. Qualification Library: Allows you to browse through the different EAL qualifications.

Access to Smarter Touch is based on permissions set by your centre coordinator, if you do not have access to any of the functionalities, please contact your centre coordinator who can assist you with amending your permissions.
