You will need to login to Smarter Touch (https://www.ealsmartertouch.com) to update your centre address.

Once logged in, navigate to the ‘My Organisation’ tab.

Then select ‘Centre Details’ on the left-hand side navigation.

Please scroll down to the first section called 'Main Address', where you will be able to enter your new address or update your current one.

Please note: Although Smarter Touch has several address fields listed on this page, only the first one, called 'Main Address', will be sourced for batch headers and communication. All certificate deliveries will be sent to this address by default.

Once you have entered your new address do not forget to hit 'Save Changes’ at the bottom of the screen.

Please note: If you need to amend your billing organisation address too, please go to ‘Additional EAL info’ on the left-hand side and enter the new details there too.
