Maintaining your e-Invoice Email Address in Smarter Touch.

EAL sends all invoices via email to ensure you receive them promptly. To guarantee that you receive your invoices on time, it's crucial to keep your email address up to date.

Log in to Smarter Touch. Once logged in, navigate to "My Organisation" from the top navigation bar.

In the left-hand side menu, select "Additional EAL info."

Scroll down until you find the "Email Address" section. Here, you can enter or update your email address.

After entering your email address, make sure to click "Save" at the bottom of the screen to confirm the changes.

Please note: Keeping your email address current is vital to ensure timely invoice delivery. If this field is left blank then invoices will be emailed to the Centre Coordinator by default.

Accessing Historic Invoices:

If you need to retrieve historical invoices, you can do so through the Centre Coordinator's Online Services account under the e-Invoice tab. For detailed instructions on how to view or download historic e-invoices, please refer to the following article:
