For an IV to show in Online Services, please login to Smarter Touch: https://www.ealsmartertouch.com and select the ‘Staff’ tab along the top navigation bar.

This will give you the list of staff at your centre, please locate the IV you wish to show in the Online Services and select (Details).

This will then open another window with the option to select ‘Relevant Achievements’ this is where you need to select (even though it says optional) the achievement of the Internal Verifier.

Once this has been added, please then go back to the ‘Personal Details’ tab and ensure that the privacy notice is ticked, then hit ‘Save Changes’.

Once you have saved the above, you will now need to ensure that the IV is appropriately linked to the qualification/product as an ‘IV/QA Staff’

Please go back to the ‘Staff’ tab and select (Add/remove links to products). This will then open another window and you will need to search for the qualification in the top left-hand corner (Screenshot below).

You will then see the qualification listed, please tick ‘IV/QA Staff’ and select Finished! In the bottom right-hand corner.

It's important to note that onnce the above has been processed and the IV has been added to Smarter Touch, the Online Service system will update overnight therefore you will be able to claim the learner achievement the following day.
