Before continuing please note only Super Users can create new users.

Select 'Users' from the top navigation bar.

Then select 'Add a User' .

Select the type of user you would like to create - Senior Manager user has no permissions and just oversees. For more information on Users please click here

Enter the new users details. The new users email address with be used as their login ID please ensure this entered correctly.

Select the permissions you would like this user to have. If you would like them to have all you can 'Select All'

You can alter the notifications the user will receive under 'Notification'

Once completed hit 'Save Changes' at the bottom of the screen.

The new user will be emailed their credentials from Creatio.
