How Tip Payouts Work
We make receiving tips secure, transparent, and easy to track. All tips received through the URocked platform follow a simple payout process before being transferred to your bank account.
When a customer sends you a tip, the amount will appear immediately in your Digital Wallet and will remain Pending for 2 days.
Why Are My Tips Showing as Pending?
Tips remain pending for 2 days while transactions are reviewed and verified. This helps protect both customers and URocked members against fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
After the 2-day review period, tips move to Payable status and become eligible for payout.
Tip Status Flow
Your tips move through three stages:
Pending: the tip appears in your Digital Wallet immediately after it is received.
Payable: after the 2-day review period, the tip status changes to payable.
Bank transfer: payable tips are included in the next scheduled payout run and transferred to your registered bank account (linked to your URocked account)
Payout Schedule
Payable tips are paid out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please note that payout timing may vary slightly depending on your bank's processing times.
Tracking Your Tips in the App
You can monitor your tips at any time directly in the URocked app:
View a summary of your total tips for the current day, week and month
Track all pending and payable balances for both individual and team tips
View each of your team's wallets
Access a complete list of all tips transferred to your bank account via Tip History
You'll also receive a notification on your phone as soon as a customer leaves a tip.
The URocked Tipping app makes it easy to monitor your earnings at a glance and review past tips anytime.
