Registration is free and takes just a few minutes.
To collect tips through URocked, you'll need to download the URocked Tipping app and create a free member account. Whether you're using QuickTips, QR Codes, OneDevice, or Team Tips, every staff member who receives tips will need their own account.
Before you start, make sure you have the following on hand:
A valid photo ID (passport or driving licence)
Your bank details for tip payouts
Your employer's name (unless you're self-employed)
Step 1 – Download the app
Download the URocked Tipping app from the App Store or Google Play. Once installed, open the app and tap Sign Up on the login screen.
Step 2 – Create your account
You'll be prompted to provide basic information, including your full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, mobile number, employment details and bank details (for tip payouts).
Step 3 – Accept the Terms & Conditions
Read and accept the URocked Member Terms & Conditions (T&Cs). Once accepted, you'll receive a welcome email confirming your account has been created.
Step 4 – Complete your profile
Your account is created, but you'll need to complete your profile before you can receive tips. Tap Let's Go to begin. You can tap Skip for now and return to this later, but tip payouts can only be processed once this step is complete.
This is a legal requirement to verify your identity before we can process your payments. You'll need to provide:
Your residential address – search by postcode or enter manually
Your bank details – account holder name, and either sort code and account number (UK) or IBAN and BIC/SWIFT (international)
Then tap Verify Me to complete the two-step identity verification process, handled securely by our partner, Sumsub:
Identity document – select your ID type (passport or driving licence) and issuing country, then upload an image as instructed on screen
Selfie – take a selfie to confirm your identity and tap Verify Me
Your ID will be verified automatically. If automatic verification isn't possible, it will be reviewed manually, and your status will be updated once the review is complete.
Step 5 – Set your biometrics (optional)
Once verified, you'll be redirected back to the app and asked whether you'd like to enable biometric login for quicker sign-in. Tap Continue to set this up, or skip it if you prefer.
That's it, you're all set!
Your URocked account is ready, and you can start receiving tips. From here, you can explore your profile, personal QR code and digital wallet, and track all your earnings in one place.
