💸 Viewing Your Tips & Wallet
Any new tips you receive appear instantly in the app — you’ll see them both on the home page and in your Digital Wallet.
To view your balances:
Open the main menu.
Select Digital Wallet.
Here you’ll see:
Total balance
Pending tips
Payable tips (ready for payout)
Paid tips (already transferred to your bank )
👉 Icons:
🟡 Yellow icon = tips sent directly to you.
🔵 Blue icon = team tip shares.
You can also tab through to view pending or payable tips separately.
👥 Managing Team Tips
If you’re part of a team:
Tips go into your Team Digital Wallet.
The wallet shows your total, pending, and payable balances.
Team splits are processed once everyone accepts them — or automatically after 24 hours.- Approvals must be made for current distributions to finalize the process before starting a new one.- Sequential distributions allow you to proceed with a new distribution only after all approvals for the current one are secured.
This works the same way as your individual wallet, keeping things simple and transparent. For further details on team tip approval processes and schedules, refer tothe "Payout Scheduling and Holidays" section for consistent operations.
📅 Payment Schedule
Once your tips become payable, they are transferred to your bank during the next payment run.
Payments happen every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Any tips marked as payable will be included in the next available run.- Holiday Impact: Paynt ensures payouts are processed without interruptions, even during public and office holidays.
‼️ Note! Personal tips have 48h hold period for security compliance. Aftewards, they become payable and paid in the next payment round.
