The flow for receiving tips is as follows:
You receive a tip > You can see it in your digital wallet > the tip is approved and becomes "payable" > the tip is paid to your bank account in the next payment run.
It's important to note that transfers to your bank account might occasionally face delays due to the banking clearance process. While tips are processed promptly, funds might take additional hours or a day to reflect in your account after the transfer is initiated.
⏳ Tip Statuses
Pending (Personal Tips):
All personal tips will first appear in your wallet with a pending status.
They remain pending for 2 days, after which they automatically move to payable.
This brief hold period is in place to protect both members and customers against potential fraudulent activity.
Pending (Team Tips):
Team tips remain pending until the team split is accepted by all team members, or automatically after 24 hours if no action is taken.
Once the split is confirmed, the tip becomes payable and will be included in the next payment run.
Payable:
Once a tip is marked as payable, it will be included in your next scheduled payment run.
Payment runs occur every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and funds will be transferred to your registered bank account.
🔔 Notifications and Tracking
You’ll receive a phone notification immediately when a tip is received.
Your most recent tips are always visible on the app’s home screen for quick reference.
Within your digital wallet, you can view both pending and payable tips for a full overview of your current earnings.
The app also provides access to your complete tipping history, so you can track and review all past gratuities at any time.
