🧑🤝🧑 How Do I Manage Who’s in My Team?
Adding or removing members is simple and fast.
Navigate to Team Tips in the app menu.
Select the team you want to manage.
Click Manage Team Members.
To add a new member:
Tap the yellow + icon
Enter the member’s unique ID and hit the search icon
Confirm the name and click “Add Team Member”
To remove a member:
Click the edit icon next to their name
Tap the red “Remove from Team” button
🚫 Deleting teams
For legal and compliance reasons, teams that have received tips cannot be deleted. Tip data must be retained for a required period, even if the team is no longer active.
✅ What We Can Do Instead
If you want to remove an inactive team from view:
Remove all team members from the team in your dashboard or app.
Contact URocked at team@urocked.com and request the team be deactivated.
Once we take over as the team admin:
The team will be hidden from your login view in the URocked app.
The team becomes inactive and no longer accessible from your account.
This keeps your interface clean and focused while staying fully compliant.
