The URocked app is where staff manage everything:

📊 Tip Reports
URocked makes it easy for merchants to track and manage tips:
Team Tip Wallet Access: Admins can view the team tip wallet directly in the URocked app.
Accounting Reports: For bookkeeping, we send detailed tip reports (XLSX) to your designated contact person.
OneDevice Merchants: If you use a URocked-enabled card machine, you can access a platform showing all transactions and tip amounts in real time.
QuickTips Merchants: Tip reports with all transactions are sent via email for easy record-keeping.
This ensures your team’s tips are fully transparent and easy to reconcile for accounting purposes.
💸 How Much Does it Cost?
URocked gives you flexibility on who covers the service fee:
💁♂️ Customer Covers the Fee (default): The tipper pays a small charge on top, and the team member keeps 100% of the tip.
🏪 Merchant Covers the Fee: Your business absorbs the service charge so customers don’t pay extra.
👷♀️ Member Covers the Fee: The fee is deducted from the tip before payout, based on your chosen settings.
❓ What’s the Service Fee?
For tips of £/€1.00 or less → £/€0.25 flat charge
For tips over £/€1.00 → £/€0.25 + 5% of the tip

Visit the URocked website and complete the registration form with your company details.
Follow the easy onboarding process to configure your product, tipping settings, including team structures.
Download your custom QR codes and display them at your establishment for instant tipping.
