📝 Updating Personal Details
Head to Settings in the app to update your personal information.
Make sure all details are accurate to avoid issues with your account.
🏦 Updating Bank Account Details
You can change your bank account at any time:
Go to Settings and update your bank details.
🚨 Important: The account must belong to you. If the bank account name doesn’t match your URocked profile, payments will not go through.
🔑 Resetting Your Password
Forgot your password? No problem:
On the login screen, tap “Forgot your password?”
Enter the email address linked to your URocked account 📧.
You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password 📩.
🖼️ Adding a Profile Picture
Personalise your account with a profile picture:
Tap Profile (bottom right).
On your profile page, tap the yellow & blue icon with your initials.
Choose:
📷 Take a photo (opens your camera).
🖼️ Choose photo (select from your gallery).
Your profile picture will update instantly.
🧾 Your Unique QR Code & ID
Once you create your account and accept the Member Terms & Conditions, your identifiers are generated automatically:
Unique QR Code 🟨 – found in the My ID section of the app.
6-digit ID Code 🔢 – also available in the same section.
👉 Both can be used to collect tips straight away.
✨ That’s it! You’re in full control of your account details and can manage them anytime through the app.
