🚫 Teams That Have Received Tips Cannot Be Deleted
For legal and compliance reasons, teams that have received tips cannot be deleted from the system. This is because we’re required to retain tip data for a certain period of time. Even if a team is no longer in use, we must preserve its data.
✅ What We Can Do Instead
If you no longer want a team to be visible or active, here's how we can help:
Remove all team members from the team in your dashboard or app.
Once all members have been removed, contact us at team@urocked.com and let us know you'd like the team deactivated.
Our team will change the team admin to ourselves, which will:
Hide the team from your login view in the Urocked app.
Effectively remove the team from your account access, making it inactive.
This process ensures compliance while also keeping your interface clean and focused only on the teams you actively manage.
