Once downloaded, open the app and tap “Sign Up.” ✍️
📝 2. Provide Your Details
During sign up, you’ll be asked to provide some personal information, including your bank account details.
This is so we can pay you your tips directly.
All data you provide is encrypted and securely stored in line with GDPR regulations.

🪪 3. ID Verification
As part of the sign-up process, we complete an identity verification (ID) check to help prevent fraud and keep our community safe.
All ID checks are carried out by our trusted partner, Sumsub.
You’ll be asked to:
Upload a copy of your photographic ID.
Take a selfie using your phone camera (for a quick “liveness” check).
👉 Note: Verification can take up to two working days. The SamSub app will show a message saying it takes 2min, because it's an automatic message and can't be changed.
👉 Note: We do not conduct credit checks ❌. We only carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks to keep URocked safe.
🔑 4. Using Your Account
You only need one URocked account no matter how many jobs you have.
Your unique QR code can be used across all your jobs to collect tips.
Your team manager will add you to the team so you can collect team tips.
✨ That’s it! Once you’ve signed up and verified your account, you’re ready to start collecting tips straight away!
