If you'd like to collect tips vie the URocked platform, you'll need to download the app and create a URocked member account first. Regardless of the product you're using, be it Quick Tips, QR codes, One Device or Team Tips, anyone receiving tips will need to create an account.
Our sign up process is quick and simple, it takes less than 2 minutes to create an account. Start off by downloading the app from either Google Play or Apple Store. When you open the app, click 'Sign Up':
You'll be prompted to enter some basic details, including your name, date of birth, email address, a password for your account and your employment details:
Once you've agreed to the member T&Cs, you'll be taken through our KYC check. For this, you'll need to provide your address, bank details (so we can pay you your tips) and complete our ID verification. You'll need your photographic ID for this. You'll be prompted on screen, click 'Let's go':
Enter your address and bank details, then you'll be directed to our ID verification partner, Sumsub in order to complete the ID verification. Follow the steps on screen. Once the check is complete, you can set your biometrics preferences, which allow you to sign in using facial or fingerprint recognition. Once you've done this, your account is complete and you're good to go!
From here you can explore the app, including your profile, QR code and digital wallet.
