How do I change the products in my subscription? You can change the products in your subscription anytime — but changes only apply to future orders. If your next order has already been processed, you'll need our help.

  • Yes, you can self-change — if your next order hasn't been charged or processed yet

  • No, you need our help — if your order has already been charged or is being packed

If your next order hasn't processed yet:

  1. Log into your Huel Account.

  2. Go to My Subscriptions.

  3. Select Manage Subscription.

  4. Add, remove, or swap products as you like.

  5. Save your changes — they'll apply to your next renewal.

If your next order has already been processed: Orders that have already been charged or are in our fulfillment system can't be edited through your account. Say the word and we'll connect you with a specialist who may be able to help depending on which stage your order is at.

Important to know

  • Product changes only apply to future subscription orders, not ones already processed.

  • Want to try something without changing your core subscription? You can add one-off items to a separate order anytime.

  • Each subscription can be customised separately if you have more than one.
