How do I add/remove one-off products from my subscription?

You can add or remove one-off products from your upcoming delivery — but only if your next order hasn't already been processed.

  • Yes, you can self-edit — if your next order hasn't been charged or processed yet

  • No, you need our help — if your order has already been charged or is being packed

If your next order hasn't processed yet:

To add a one-off product:

  1. Log into your Huel Account.

  2. Go to My Subscriptions.

  3. Click Manage Subscription.

  4. Select Add one-off item and choose the product you'd like to include.

  5. Save your changes.

To remove a one-off product:

  1. Log into your account and open My Subscriptions.

  2. Under your next order summary, locate the one-off item.

  3. Click Remove item.

  4. Save your changes — the item will no longer be delivered with your subscription.

If your next order has already been processed: Orders that have already been charged or are in our fulfillment system can't have items added or removed through your account. Say the word and we'll connect you with a specialist who may be able to help depending on which stage your order is at.

Important to know

  • One-off items are only added to your next delivery and won't repeat automatically.

  • If you'd like to receive an item every time, add it as a regular subscription product instead (go to Manage Subscription and select "Add to subscription").

  • You can add multiple one-off items to a single subscription order.
