If your next Huel order hasn't processed yet
To add a one-off product:
Log into your Huel Account at huel.com
Go to My Subscriptions
Click Manage Subscription
Select Add one-off item and choose the product you'd like to include
Save your changes
To remove a one-off product:
Log into your Huel account and open My Subscriptions
Under your next order summary, locate the one-off item
Click Remove item
Save your changes — the item will no longer be delivered with your Huel subscription
If your next Huel order has already been processed
Orders that have already been charged or are in our fulfillment system can't have items added or removed through your account. Say "talk to a human" and we'll connect you with a specialist who may be able to help depending on which stage your Huel order is at.
Important to know
One-off items are only added to your next Huel delivery and won't repeat automatically
If you'd like to receive an item every time, add it as a regular Huel subscription product instead (go to Manage Subscription and select "Add to subscription")
You can add multiple one-off items to a single Huel subscription order
