How do I change the frequency of my subscription?

You can change how often your Huel subscription renews — but changes only apply to future orders. If your next order has already been processed, you'll need our help.

If your next Huel order hasn't processed yet

  1. Log into your Huel Account at huel.com

  2. Go to My Subscriptions

  3. Select Manage Subscription

  4. Find the frequency option (e.g. every 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks)

  5. Choose your preferred frequency and save your changes


If your next Huel order has already been processed

Orders that have already been charged or are in our fulfillment system can't have their frequency changed through your account. Say "talk to a human" and we'll connect you with a specialist who may be able to help depending on which stage your Huel order is at.


Important to know

  • Changes will apply from your next scheduled Huel order

  • Need your Huel subscription sooner? Use the "I need it now" option to process your next order immediately — this works if your order hasn't started processing yet

  • Each Huel subscription can have its own frequency if you run more than one
