It depends on whether your order is a one-off order or a subscription order.
One-off orders
Our fulfilment team works quickly, so once an order is placed it's often too late to make changes.
If you need to amend something, contact us through chat as soon as possible with your order number and requested change.
If your order has already been picked, packed, or shipped, we won't be able to update it.
Subscription orders You can update your subscription items anytime:
Log into your Huel Account.
Go to My Subscriptions.
Select Manage Subscription.
Edit the products, flavours, or quantities.
Save your changes β they'll apply to your next renewal.
Tip If your order has already shipped and you don't want some of the items, you can return them once they arrive. See our Delivery Questions page for how returns work.
