Yes β you can get text updates about your Huel subscription deliveries.
How it works
Once your Huel subscription has shipped, our courier (usually DPD in the UK) will send SMS updates about your delivery. These messages include delivery dates, time slots, and options to reschedule or set safe places.
What you need to do
Make sure your mobile number is correct in your Huel account
Log in > My Subscriptions > Manage Subscription > Edit Address
The courier will use this number for tracking notifications
Important to know
Text updates are handled by the courier, not Huel directly
If you don't receive SMS updates, check that your number is saved correctly and that you've opted in to courier communications
You'll also receive standard reminder and confirmation emails from Huel
