Can I delay my order after it's been processed?

No β€” once your Huel order has been processed, it can't be delayed.


Why not?

As soon as your Huel subscription order is processed (usually between 2am–5am on your renewal date), it's immediately sent to our fulfilment team. At that stage, your Huel order is already being picked and packed, so changes β€” including delaying β€” aren't possible.


What you can do instead

If you don't need your current Huel order

You can return it once it arrives. See our Delivery Questions page for how Huel returns work.

For future Huel orders, you can:

  • Skip an upcoming delivery

  • Change your delivery date

  • Adjust the frequency of your Huel subscription

Once your Huel order has shipped with DPD

Once your Huel order enters the DPD courier network, you can use the DPD app to delay your delivery, rearrange the delivery date, or redirect it to a nearby DPD Pickup shop.


Tip

To avoid your Huel order processing before you're ready, make changes the day before your renewal date.
