Can I delay my order after it's been processed?

No — once your order has been processed, it can’t be delayed.

Why not?
• As soon as your subscription order is processed (usually between 2am–5am on your renewal date), it’s immediately sent to our fulfilment team.
• At that stage, it’s already being picked and packed, so changes (including delaying) aren’t possible.

What you can do instead
• If you don’t need the order, you can return it once it arrives. See our Delivery Questions page for how returns work.
• For future orders, you can:
• Skip an upcoming delivery.
• Change your delivery date.
• Adjust frequency of your subscription.

Tip
To avoid orders processing before you’re ready, make changes the day before your renewal date.
