My subscription is stuck or not updating

This information applies to all customers managing an active Huel subscription, including Huel Powder, Huel Black Edition, Huel Hot & Savoury, and Huel RTD (Ready-to-Drink).

If a Huel subscription appears to be stuck or is not updating within the account dashboard, there are several troubleshooting steps to ensure changes are correctly reflected.

  1. Refresh the Huel account: Log out of the Huel account and log back in. Navigate to the section titled My Subscriptions to see if the recent changes have been successfully applied to the subscription details.

  2. Clear browser cache: Outdated browser data can prevent the Huel account from displaying the most current information. Clear the browser cache and cookies, or attempt to access the account using an incognito or private browsing window.

  3. Switch device or browser: If the display issue persists, try logging into the Huel account from a different web browser (such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) or a different mobile device or computer.

  4. Verify the processing window: If updates were made to the Huel subscription during the daily processing window (between 2 am and 5 am), the upcoming order may already be locked for shipment. In this case, the updated items or delivery frequency will only apply to the subsequent scheduled Huel order.
