My subscription is stuck or not updating

What to do if your Huel EU subscription appears stuck or changes aren't saving — troubleshooting steps including refreshing your account, clearing browser cache, checking processing windows, and when to contact support.

If your Huel subscription looks stuck or isn't updating in your account, here are a few things to try:


1. Refresh your Huel account

Log out of your Huel account and log back in. Navigate to My Subscriptions to see if your recent changes have been successfully applied to your Huel subscription details.


2. Clear your browser cache

Outdated browser data can prevent your Huel account from displaying the most current information. Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try accessing your account using an incognito or private browsing window.


3. Switch device or browser

If the issue persists, try logging into your Huel account from a different web browser (such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) or a different mobile device or computer.


4. Verify the processing window

If you made updates to your Huel subscription during the daily processing window (between 2am–5am), your upcoming Huel order may already be locked for shipment. In this case, the updated items or delivery frequency will only apply to your next scheduled Huel order.
