I'm seeing the wrong items in my subscription

If your subscription is showing the wrong items, here's why.


Did you receive a confirmation email?

Yes: Your change was processed. Check "My Subscriptions" β€” it should show your new items for your next renewal.

No: Your change may not have gone through. See article "My changes didn't save."


Most common reasons

Changes apply to the next renewal, not immediately Updates take effect on your next renewal date, not right away. This is normal.

You have multiple subscriptions Some accounts have more than one active subscription. Log into "My Subscriptions" and look for multiple recurring orders. Let us know which one to keep.

Wrong account or region Make sure you're logged into the right store and using the email you subscribed with.

Technical sync issue Sometimes there's a delay between your account and our system.


Tell us what's happening

  • When did you make the change (or didn't you)?

  • What does "My Subscriptions" show right now?

  • What items did you receive?

  • Your order number

  • Did you get the confirmation email?

After you gather this, say you'd like to speak to an agent. We'll figure it out.
