If your Huel subscription is showing the wrong items, here's why.
Did you receive a confirmation email?
Yes: Your change was processed. Check My Subscriptions — it should show your new Huel items for your next renewal.
No: Your change may not have gone through. See the article "My changes didn't save."
Most common reasons
Changes apply to the next renewal, not immediately
Updates take effect on your next Huel renewal date, not right away. This is normal.
You have multiple subscriptions
Some Huel accounts have more than one active subscription. Log into My Subscriptions and look for multiple recurring Huel orders. Let us know which one to keep.
Wrong account or region
Make sure you're logged into the right Huel store and using the email you subscribed with.
Technical sync issue
Sometimes there's a delay between your Huel account and our system.
