What was I charged after cancelling my subscription?

If you’ve cancelled your subscription but still see a charge, it’s usually because an order was already processing when you cancelled.

Why this happens
• Subscription orders process automatically between 2am–5am on your renewal date.
• If you cancel after processing has started, that order will still be charged and shipped.
• Cancelling stops future renewals, but it doesn’t undo an order already in progress.

What to do
• Check your email inbox for an order confirmation — this charge will match the order that was already being processed.
• Once that order is delivered, your subscription is fully cancelled and no further charges will be made.

Tip
If you want to avoid this happening, make sure to cancel or skip your subscription the day before your renewal date.
