If you've cancelled your Huel subscription but still see a charge, it's usually because your order was already processing when you cancelled.


Why this happens

Huel subscription orders process automatically between 2am–5am on your renewal date. If you cancel after processing has started, that Huel order will still be charged and shipped. Cancelling stops future renewals, but it doesn't undo an order already in progress.


What to do

Check your email inbox for an order confirmation β€” this charge will match the Huel order that was already being processed. Once that order is delivered, your subscription is fully cancelled and no further charges will be made.


Tip

If you want to avoid this happening, make sure to cancel or skip your Huel subscription the day before your renewal date.
