Can you add a scoop to my delivery?

We can't add items to a Huel order once it's been placed, but don't worry — there are still ways to get a scoop.

Please note: Free scoops are included as a one-time starter kit item with your first order of each qualifying Huel Powder product only. If you have already received a scoop with a previous order, your scoop is reusable — a new one is not sent automatically with repeat orders.

If you already placed your Huel order

We can't add a scoop to your existing Huel delivery once your Huel order is confirmed. If you are a first-time customer and believe your order should have included a free scoop but didn't, say "talk to a human" and we'll connect you with a specialist to investigate.

If you have an active Huel subscription

You can add a scoop to your next Huel subscription delivery:

  1. Log into your Huel Account at https://uk.huel.com/account/login

  2. Go to My Subscriptions

  3. Select Manage Subscription

  4. Add a scoop as a one-off item to your next Huel subscription renewal

Other ways to get a scoop

Free with your first order — A free scoop is included with your first full-size order of each qualifying Huel Powder product (Huel Powder v3.1, Black Edition, Essential, Complete Protein). This is a one-time starter kit item — it is not included automatically in repeat orders.

Purchase additional scoops — You can purchase additional scoops in the Accessories section of the Huel UK website at uk.huel.com/shop/accessories.
