Why not?
• Our couriers (including DPD, Royal Mail, and FedEx) require a physical address where the parcel can be signed for or safely delivered.
• PO Boxes can’t accept tracked deliveries or larger parcels like Ready-to-Drink.

What to do instead
• Use a residential address, work address, or an alternative location where someone can receive the order.
• With DPD deliveries, you can also choose a Pickup shop or set a safe place through the DPD app once your parcel has been dispatched.
