1. Check your payment method
Ensure all card details are accurate and up to date.
Accepted payment methods:
Credit or debit card
PayPal
Apple Pay (via Safari browser)
Shop Pay (one-off orders only)
For subscriptions, only credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay are accepted.
2. Address browser issues
Clear your browser cache and cookies: Go to your browser settings and clear your cache and cookies to remove old data that may be interfering with checkout.
Try incognito or private mode: Open your browser in incognito (Chrome) or private mode (Firefox/Safari) to rule out browser-related issues.
Switch to a different browser: Try using Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge if you're having persistent issues with your current browser.
3. Verify your address details
Confirm that both your billing and shipping addresses are entered correctly. Your billing address must match the records held by your bank or payment provider exactly β even small differences (such as missing punctuation or abbreviated street names) can cause payment to fail.
4. Check for account blocks
If your account has been flagged for violating Huel Terms & Conditions β such as reselling Huel products β your account may be blocked, preventing any new orders from being placed.
