I cannot place an order, what do i do?

If you are unable to place a Huel order, the following steps should be taken to identify and fix the issue:

  1. Check the payment method: Ensure all card details are accurate and up to date. For Huel subscriptions, only credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay (via the Safari browser) are accepted. For one-off Huel orders, Shop Pay is also an available payment option.

  2. Address browser issues: Clear the browser cache and cookies to remove old data. Alternatively, try using an incognito or private browsing window, or switch to a different browser such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.

  3. Verify address details: Confirm that both the billing and shipping addresses are entered correctly. The billing address must match the records held by the bank or payment provider exactly.

  4. Meet the Minimum Order Value (MOV): In the UK, all Huel orders must meet a MOV (Minimum Order Value) of £45. If the basket total is below £45, the Huel order will not process.

  5. Check for account blocks: If an account has been flagged for violating Huel Terms & Conditions—such as reselling Huel products—the account may be blocked, preventing any new orders from being placed.
