If your payment isn't going through, it's usually caused by one of the following:
1. Incorrect or expired payment details
Double-check your card number, expiry date, and CVV.
Make sure your PayPal or Apple Pay account is active and funded.
2. Billing address mismatch
Your billing address must match exactly the one your bank or payment provider has on file.
3. Insufficient funds
Check your bank account or PayPal balance to ensure you have enough funds for your Huel order.
4. Bank security checks
Sometimes banks block Huel payments if they appear unusual (e.g. higher value, recurring subscription).
Contact your bank directly to confirm and authorise the Huel payment.
5. Browser or device issues
Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try using an incognito/private window.
Switch to another browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge) or device.
For Huel subscriptions
Subscriptions can only be paid with credit/debit cards, PayPal, or Apple Pay (Safari users only).
If your subscription payment fails, the system will automatically retry the next day.
