I cannot place an order, what should I do?

Can't place a Huel order: clear browser cache and cookies, try incognito mode, disable VPN or ad blocker, update your OS, try a different browser, or contact us if the issue persists.

If you're having trouble placing an order, try these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

1. Clear your browser data

Clear your cache and cookies: Go to your browser settings and clear your cache and cookies. This removes temporary files that may be preventing checkout from working properly.

Try incognito or private mode: Open your browser in incognito (Chrome) or private mode (Firefox/Safari) to rule out browser-related issues. This mode doesn't use stored cache or cookies.

2. Disable VPNs and ad blockers

Turn off any VPN or ad blocker temporarily, as these can interfere with the checkout process and payment processing.

Once your order is complete, you can turn them back on.

3. Update your operating system

Make sure your device's operating system (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) is up to date. Outdated systems can cause compatibility issues with our website.

4. Use a different browser

If you're still unable to place your order, try using a different web browser:

  • Chrome

  • Firefox

  • Edge

  • Safari

Sometimes a specific browser may have temporary issues.
