No — refunds for your Huel order can only be returned to the original payment method you used when placing the order.
Why can't we redirect your refund?
This ensures your Huel refund is processed securely and goes back to the correct customer.
Payment providers do not allow us to redirect refunds to a different card, bank account, or PayPal/Apple Pay wallet.
What if your card has expired?
Don't worry — your Huel refund will still go back to the bank account linked to that expired card.
Your bank will handle routing the funds to your current account automatically.
What if your bank account is closed?
Contact your bank or payment provider directly to inform them about your Huel refund.
In most cases, they'll still be able to locate and transfer the funds to your new account.
