Refund timing
Once we've processed your Huel refund, it can take 5–10 working days for the money to appear back in your account. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Check your original payment method
Refunds are always returned to the same payment method used for your Huel order. If you paid with a card that has since expired, the funds will usually still be credited to your bank account linked to that card.
PayPal and Apple Pay
Refunds through PayPal or Apple Pay may appear faster, but still allow up to 10 working days.
