Refunds don't appear instantly — the time depends on your payment method and your bank's processing speed.
Standard refund timing
Once your Huel refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 5–10 working days to appear in your account.
The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Refund timing by payment method
Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex): 5–10 working days for your refund to appear.
PayPal or Apple Pay: Often faster, but allow up to 10 working days for your refund.
Expired cards: If you used an expired card for your Huel order, your refund still goes back to the original bank account linked to that card.
Important to know
Refunds for your Huel order always go back to the original payment method you used.
We cannot change the destination of a refund once it has been processed.
You'll receive an email confirmation from us as soon as your Huel refund has been issued.
