How to request your invoice
Say "talk to a human" and provide our Customer Experience team with:
Your order number (from your order confirmation email)
The email address associated with your order
Our team will generate your invoice and email it to you.
When invoices are available
Invoices are generated after your Huel order has been processed and fulfilled. Allow 24 hours after fulfillment, then contact our Customer Experience team to request your invoice.
What your invoice includes
Your Huel order invoice will show:
Order details and items ordered
Billing information and address
Shipping address
Payment method and total amount charged
Order date and confirmation number
Checked out as a guest?
If you placed your order without creating a Huel account, simply provide your order number and email address when requesting your invoice. Our team will email it to you.
