You can delete your Huel account at any time. There are two options depending on the level of data removal you need.
Option 1: Standard Account Deletion
To delete your account, say "talk to a human" and provide the following:
Your full name
The email address linked to your Huel account
Our team will process your request and confirm once your account has been deleted.
Option 2: Full Data Erasure (GDPR)
If you would like all of your personal data erased in line with GDPR regulations, say "talk to a human" and let our team know you are submitting a request for erasure under GDPR.
Important to Know Before You Request Deletion

Active subscriptions | Cancel any active subscriptions before requesting deletion — otherwise charges may continue to process |
Order history | Deleting your account will remove access to your order history and subscription management |
GDPR erasure | GDPR data removal requests cannot be reversed once processed |
Separate requests | A standard account deletion and a GDPR erasure request are separate — make clear which you are requesting |
