You can delete your account at any time. There are two ways, depending on what level of data removal you need.
1. Delete your account (standard request)
Contact us through chat with:
Your full name
The email address linked to your account
We'll process your request and confirm once your account has been deleted.
2. Request full data removal (GDPR)
If you'd like all of your personal data erased in line with GDPR regulations, contact us through chat and let us know you're requesting erasure under GDPR.
Important to know
Deleting your account will remove your order history and subscription management access.
If you have an active subscription, make sure you cancel it before requesting account deletion.
GDPR removal requests cannot be reversed once processed.
