Once your Huel order has been placed, Huel is unable to cancel or amend it. The ability to cancel depends on your order status.
You cannot cancel your Huel order if:
Your Huel order has already been placed
Once you've submitted your Huel order, we cannot cancel it or make changes to it.
Your Huel order is currently being processed
Once your Huel order begins processing in our warehouse (picking, packing, or preparing for shipment), we're unable to cancel it.
Your Huel order has already shipped
Once your Huel order has left our warehouse and entered the courier's network, we cannot cancel it.
Is this Huel order unexpected?
If your Huel order was unexpected or you didn't intend to place it, you may have an active Huel subscription on your account. Huel subscriptions automatically generate recurring orders on your selected delivery schedule.

Go to My Subscriptions to view your upcoming Huel order dates
Choose one of three options:
Delay your next Huel delivery β Postpone your next order to a later date without cancelling your subscription
Skip your next Huel delivery β Skip a single order while keeping your subscription active for future orders
Cancel your Huel subscription entirely β End your subscription to stop all future automatic orders
