How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Huel subscription anytime through your account — but it only works for future orders. If your order has already been processed, you'll need help from our team.

  • Yes, you can self-cancel — if your next order hasn't been charged or processed yet

  • No, you need our help — if your order has already been charged, is being packed, or has shipped

If your next order hasn't processed yet:

  1. Log into your Huel Account.

  2. Go to My Subscriptions.

  3. Select the subscription you'd like to cancel.

  4. Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.

If your order has already been charged or processed: Orders that have already been charged or are in our fulfillment system can't be cancelled through your account. Say the word and we'll connect you with a specialist who can help — we may be able to stop it depending on which stage it's at.

Important to know

  • Cancelling your subscription stops all future orders, but doesn't delete your account.

  • You can still place one-off orders anytime after cancelling.

  • If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription by creating a new one.

  • Once an order ships, we can help you arrange a return.
