How to cancel your Huel subscription through your account

Use these steps when your next order has not yet been charged or processed.

  1. Log into your Huel Account at huel.com

  2. Go to My Subscriptions

  3. Select the Huel subscription you'd like to cancel

  4. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm when prompted

Once confirmed, your Huel subscription will be cancelled and no further orders will be placed automatically.


If your Huel subscription order has already been charged or processed

Huel subscription orders that have already been charged or entered the fulfilment system cannot be cancelled through your account. Say "talk to a human" and a Huel specialist will investigate — depending on which stage your order is at, the team may be able to stop it before it ships.


Important to know

  • Cancelling your Huel subscription stops all future subscription orders — it does not delete your Huel account

  • You can still place one-off Huel orders at any time after cancelling your subscription

  • If you change your mind, you can restart your Huel subscription by creating a new one from your account

  • Once a Huel order has shipped, the team can help you arrange a return instead
