We no longer offer a "pause" option on subscriptions. However, you can skip upcoming orders and adjust your delivery dates directly in your account — but only if your order hasn't already been processed.

If your order hasn't processed yet:
Log into your Huel Account.
Go to My Subscriptions.
Click Manage Subscription.
Choose to Skip your next delivery — or edit the dates for your next three orders to fit your schedule.
What does "skip" actually mean?
Skipping removes one delivery from your schedule.
All future orders shift back by one delivery cycle.
Example: If you renew every 4 weeks and skip the next delivery, your following order will now be 8 weeks away instead of 4.
You can skip multiple times if you need to delay further.
Can I skip a specific order in the middle? You can only skip or edit your next three upcoming orders. If you want to skip something further out, wait until those orders get closer to their delivery date — then you'll be able to manage them.
If your order has already been processed: If your order has already been charged or is being packed/shipped, you won't be able to skip it through your account. Say the word and we'll connect you with a specialist who may be able to help depending on the stage of your order.
