Helps customers respond quickly to suspected unauthorised access on their Huel account, with immediate steps to secure their account and guidance on reporting suspicious activity.

If you think someone has accessed your Huel account without your permission, act immediately using the steps below.


Step 1: Reset Your Huel Account Password

  1. Click Forgot your password?

  2. Follow the steps to create a strong, unique new password


Step 2: Secure Your Email Account

  • Make sure the email address linked to your Huel account has not also been compromised

  • Update your email password if you have not done so recently — if someone has access to your email, they may also be able to access your Huel account


Step 3: Review Your Huel Account

  • Log in and check your order history and subscriptions for any changes you do not recognise

  • If anything looks suspicious, say "talk to a human" immediately and our team will help secure your account


Step 4: Report Suspicious Activity

Say "talk to a human" and our team will:

  • Investigate any unauthorised activity on your account

  • Help secure your account against further access

  • Review any orders or changes made without your permission
