I can log in, but I don’t see my subscription — what’s going on?

The most common reason Huel subscriptions don't appear is because they're tied to a different email address than the one you're currently logged in with. Here's how to figure out what's happening and how to fix it.

If you're logged in but your Huel subscription isn't showing

1. Wrong regional store

Each Huel store (UK, EU, US, SE, etc.) is separate. If you log in to the wrong region, your Huel subscription won't appear.

Switch stores using the flag at the top or bottom of the website.

2. Guest checkout subscription on a different email

If your Huel subscription was placed as a guest checkout, it's tied to that email — not to a separate account you created later.

What this means:

  • Your guest Huel subscription and your account are separate

  • They cannot be merged or linked

  • To use one account going forward, you'll need to close the account you don't want and set up your subscription under your preferred email

What we'll do:

  • Identify which email/account you want to keep

  • Close the other account

  • Transfer any loyalty points from the closed account to your active account

  • Help you set up a new Huel subscription under your preferred email

3. Duplicate accounts

Sometimes customers accidentally create more than one account with different emails (personal vs. work, for example).

What this means:

  • Huel subscriptions are tied to the specific email used at checkout

  • Each account is separate and can't be merged

  • You'll need to choose one email to use going forward
