Sometimes you may have a document that supports your answer to a review question. There is the option to attach a file to any text box in a review.
When you click on a text box in your reviewee's review, an icon will appear where you can attach a file.
Sometimes you may be required to attach a file rather than it being optional. In this case, your admins may have provided a specific file upload slot.
