Note: You will need 'Configurator' access to enable this feature and 'Administrator' access to create hidden reviews.
You can use Talos Perform to conduct reviews that the reviewee can't see. This is often used for talent management and succession planning, or for gathering hidden feedback on someone.
Go to Configuration > select the 'Reviews & Check-ins' tab and select the 'Reviews' drop down tab. Go to the 'Allow reviews to be hidden from reviewee' section and use the toggle to enable this feature.
Once the setting has been enabled, you will have the option mark a review as hidden when you set it up by selecting the 'Hidden from reviewee' tick box. If you need advice on setting up reviews, please see our help pages on doing this individually or in bulk.
Once the review has been set-up, it will be marked as hidden on the Reviews tab.
Warning: Once a review has been created and marked as 'hidden', you can't unhide it. You'll need to delete it and create a new one.
If you have 'Form Designer' access, you can also mark a form as automatically being a hidden review form. Whenever a review is created using the hidden review form, it will be automatically hidden from the reviewee.
